Swedish company sets up kayak vending machine in Dover

A Swedish company has setup a kayak vending machine in Dover. Apparently thie UK is the eighth country the company is now operating in.
Customers can book their kayak or paddle-board online, then unlock their equipment from the machine with a code provided over SMS/email.
The service operates 24/7, although this has raised a few objections from local residents, amid concerns it could lead to drunken behaviour or possibly even drownings.
